      Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including offer quality, pricing, competition, sales process, industry demand, and client responsiveness.<\/p>\n

      4. Client Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

      Clients agree to provide timely cooperation, including:<\/p>\n

      • Access to necessary systems or accounts<\/li>\n
      • Timely feedback and approvals<\/li>\n
      • Prompt follow-up with qualified leads<\/li>\n

        5. Fees and Payment<\/h2>\n

              8. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n

              Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, strategic, or technical information shared during the engagement.<\/p>\n

              This obligation survives termination of services.<\/p>\n

              9. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n

              Clients may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or spam-related activities. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if misuse occurs.<\/p>\n

              10. Third-Party Platforms<\/h2>\n

              Campaigns may involve third-party tools such as email providers, CRM systems, LinkedIn, ad platforms, or scheduling software.<\/p>\n

              We are not responsible for:<\/p>\n

              • Third-party outages<\/li>\n
              • Account restrictions<\/li>\n
              • Policy changes<\/li>\n
              • Data loss caused by third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.<\/p>\n

                11. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n

                To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mission B2B shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n

                  Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Mission B2B during the three (3) months preceding the claim.<\/p>\n

                  12. Indemnification<\/h2>\n

                  You agree to indemnify and hold Mission B2B harmless from claims arising out of:<\/p>\n

                  • Your misuse of services<\/li>\n
                  • Your breach of these Terms<\/li>\n
                  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights<\/li>\n
                  • False or misleading materials supplied by you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    13. Termination<\/h2>\n

                    Either party may terminate ongoing services according to the notice period stated in the service agreement. If no separate agreement exists, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.<\/p>\n

                    Outstanding balances remain payable.<\/p>\n

                    14. Website Content<\/h2>\n

                    All website content, branding, graphics, text, and materials are owned by Mission B2B unless otherwise stated. No reproduction or commercial use without written permission.<\/p>\n
